Configure this kiosk's display preferences. Settings are saved to this device only.

Device Name

Give this kiosk a friendly name to identify it in the administrator approval email. Names must be unique across all devices.

Stay Logged In

For a personal phone or tablet used by one employee all shift. When on, logging in keeps that employee's session active (no 30-second idle timeout, no bounce back to this screen after clocking in/out) until they return to this Home screen. Leave off for a shared walk-up kiosk, where clocking in and walking away is the expected behavior.

Department Filter

Show only employees from selected departments. Leave all unchecked to show all employees. Ignored if an Employee Filter is also set.

Employee Filter

Show only specific employees on this device — ideal for a personal mobile device or single-user kiosk. When set, this overrides the Department Filter above. Leave all unchecked to show all employees (or use the Department Filter).
